Psychologically inspiring

In 2023 completed Addicere psychological consulting agency cozy, light-filled seminar room (3m high windows and 4m high ceiling) and its front lobby has received positive feedback regarding the psychologically inspiring atmosphere and comfortable interior.

The rooms have a wide range of uses – they are suitable for small to medium-sized trainings, meetings as well as various customer events and festive receptions. The size of the room is 54m² and the lobby is 26m².

Seminar room

The light-filled seminar room enables private business meetings, training sessions or consultations for up to 20 people.

Coffee breaks and meals

Depending on the format of the event, you can also order catering, coffee breaks and lunch — everything you need is available.

• In the lobby there is a Jura coffee machine and a kitchen cupboard with the necessary dishes for coffee breaks.
• The use of the coffee machine is included in the rental price.
• For an additional fee, it is possible to order a lunch break at the BACIO restaurant next door through Addicere.
• Addicere has a working cooperation with Meie Maitse and Caviar Catering for coffee breaks with snacks.

Booking and cancellation rules

• 20% is added to the price if the reservation is:
- on a national holiday
- in the evening (22:00–00:00)
- on the weekend
- submitted or changed with 24–6 hours notice
- with coffee breaks and/or lunch arrangements.
• When reserving a room or changing an order less than 6 hours before its use, 50% is added.
• By canceling the order 3 days (72 hours) before the service is provided, 100% of the cost of the service will be refunded.
• By canceling the order 72–24 hours before the service, 50% of the cost of the service will be returned.
• No refund will be given if you cancel your order less than 24 hours before service or no-show.

Location of the seminary room and parking information

The premises are easily accessible both by car and public transport. We are located in a dark building on the corner of Narva street and Film street. The nearest public transport stops are L. Koidula and J. Poska. For parking, there is EUROPARK in the immediate vicinity for 3€ for 24 hours and the KESKLINN15 parking zone around the house. You can park in the free parking spaces next to the house (KESKLINN15) or in the parking lots marked on the map (KESKLINN15). Entering through the main door, proceed straight through the glass doors.
